Cant get a guitar in tune

The tunings for the low e and d strings are not accurate at all on my new Rogers Iphone 3GS. I am using the most recent version of the software as well.

I have compared the Istrobosoft to various other chromatic tuners and my Peterson Stroboflip (using the equal temperment settings). With the Istrobosoft the low e reads flat by 10 cents when it is in tune. The d string reads flat by 5 cents when it is in tune.

UPDATE: This tuner now appears to be working correctly. Since downloading a different application, this one started working correctly. It appears to have been a problem with the initial installation. It appears like it didnt work correclty until the phone was rebooted.
